Leading with Connection: Harnessing Ecosystem and Social Intelligence

July 11

Saturday 11th July

A one-day Leadership Encounter that invites leaders to engage deeply with ecological and social systems, drawing wisdom from both nature and groups. Through outdoor reflection and co-sensing, participants cultivate systemic awareness and adaptive leadership.

Crafted for changemakers, organisational leaders, coaches, consultants, and activists, the Encounter offers a transformative space to move beyond mechanistic thinking and embrace more connected, holistic ways of leading.

To lead in times of increasing complexity and uncertainty, leaders must engage with the ecological and social systems in which they are embedded and integrate them into their psychological system. The Encounter offers a powerful pathway to this integration, guided by the Integrated Systems Coaching Framework. This unique approach releases the psychological energy needed for complex thinking.
