At the age of 13 he moved to New Zealand with his family and completed his schooling. During his twenties he moved between England, New Zealand, USA and Australia working primarily in the fields of agriculture and horticulture; his work included managing a small dairy herd, a year’s biodynamic apprenticeship, farming tea tree oil, and co-running a small business growing biodynamic vegetables. In 2010 he co-founded an organic and biodynamic farmer’s cooperative in North Queensland, Australia. More recently Chris explored his interest in art and sculpture and completed the three-year Visual Art training at Emerson College. He currently works in the College’s estate and vegetable garden where he brings his experience in biodynamics and sculpture together in his responsibilities as Estate Manager. He is also involved in research for the Foundation for Water.
