This walk is timed to benefit from the arrival of summer migrants and the abundance of birdsong, before the mid-June lull.

Our focus will be on watching and listening to wren, swallow, chiffchaff, willow warbler, blackcap, jay, song thrush, greenfinch, goldfinch, chaffinch, jackdaw and whatever else we come across.

Bob will be doing a survey before the trip to help to increase our chances of seeing something special.
