Intercultural Clowning
This August we were delighted to welcome a group from China for a week of clowning, exploring the clown’s take on personal, cultural and social life.
The group considered how clowns reflect, comment on and play with the issues and problems they perceive in the world.
Emerson College has long had a relationship with China, primarily through its collaboration with local partners and institutions to offer its unique educational programs. We are delighted to share this video, made by attendees of the course.
If you are interested to learn more about clowning or would like to participate in one of the clowning courses at Emerson, visit this page.
