Dr James Dyson

Course Leader, Doctor, Psychosynthesis Psychologist & Teacher

Dr James Dyson was the co-founder of Park Attwood Clinic in 1979, where he worked for 25 years.  Since leaving Park Attwood, James’s already long-standing commitments in the field of adult education increased,  initially in the areas of mental health, child development and general medicine. He has contriibuted over many years to Biographical Counselling Trainings, and to programmes in anthroposophic psychology in the USA. He has also been a Faculty Member of the Medical Section Seminar in Mental Health (UK) since 1990 and the British Post-graduate Anthroposophic Doctor’s Training since 2005. He has also conducted seminars on medical and psychological themes in Australia, New Zealand and is currently a Faculty Member of the Association for Anthroposophic Psychology in the USA, which offers courses in anthroposophic psychology in Rudolf Steiner College and elsewhere.

James’ foremost  intentions lie in developing awareness and experience in groups of conscious  inter-subjective relationship as well as in contributing to an extension of current paradigms of understanding within anthroposophic psychology and psychosomatics. James completed a training in Applied Paychosynthesis at the Institute of Psychosynthesis, London, between 2003 and 2008, and later was also awarded a Masters’ degree in Psychosynthesis Psychology from Middlesex University.
