Nurse & M-Technique ® Practitioner & Teacher

Janet has over thirty-five years’ experience as a nurse working in a variety of settings and specialized for many years in palliative care. She worked at Dorothy House Hospice as a nurse and Lymphoedema Practitioner. Since 2008, Janet also took the lead in complementary therapies at the hospice. Janet is a qualified ‘M’ Technique ® Instructor. She feels the ‘M’ technique is a fantastic tool for Health care professionals as it is so simple to learn yet can be deeply relaxing and anxiety relieving so quickly.
