Join Medical Herbalist and soapmaker Katie Beswick of little bird soaps for this fascinating and fun hands on soap making workshop.

She has been selling her soap and keeping everyone clean since 2006 and has a wealth of knowledge and tips to share. Including giving you a good understanding of the alchemical processes involved and the skills and confidence to be able to attempt it at home.

Beginning the day with a short Spring forage to gather wonderful skin loving herbs to incorporate into your soap. You will learn how to make different herbal extractions, blend oils and add extra magic ingredients. Everyone will take home a batch of soaps to cure ready to lather up with in 4 weeks time.

We all need gentle natural soap that doesn’t strip our skin or add unnecessary toxins to our water system.
